Prices are in USD. Covers and larger projects are quoted individually, and a fixed quote is always approved before payment.
02 · Bundles
Series & bundles
Design the character once, then reuse that design across every piece. Bundles save you about 8–10% on the art, and the licence is already included.
A launch kit with every piece
Each piece comes with export crops: a 4:5 feed post, a 9:16 story and a wide banner.
Series continuation
Returning characters for book two get a reduced rate, because the reference sheet already exists. Ask for a quote.
03 · Terms & Licences
Clear terms, no surprises
Design freeze
Once the reference sheet or first piece is approved, a design change counts as a new sketch, not a revision. Every piece keeps its 3 sketch, 2 base-colour and 1 rendering revision rounds.
Booking lead time
Please book 6–8 weeks before your launch. Anything tighter uses the rush fee (+30–50%).
Payment
For bundles over about $300: 50% to book, and the rest as each piece is delivered.
Print specifications
If anything will be printed, please send the final dimensions and bleed before sketching starts. Resizing a finished painting for print is extra work.
Merchandise
Merchandise stays out of every bundle. Bookmarks, stickers and Kickstarter rewards can be added with a merch rider, quoted per design.
The prices above are for personal use. Publishing and commercial use need a licence, which is added to your quote. Bundles already include theirs.
Standard licence+60%
Book interiors, promotional materials and online use on social media, websites and blogs. I retain copyright and portfolio rights.
In the bundles: included in Chapter Sigils and Cast Reveal, and for the half-body pieces in Signature Launch.
Extended licence+100%
Everything in Standard, plus digital and printed book covers, publishing use and monetised distribution. Most author projects need this one.
In the bundles: included for the key art in Signature Launch.
Full rights transferfrom +180%
Full commercial rights and ownership within a written agreement, quoted individually. Merchandise, resale and print-on-demand are excluded unless written into the agreement.
In the bundles: not included. Full rights are quoted separately.
